Meeting the moment requires some flexibility – and sometimes that means a change of plans. If you need to return and/or exchange your ticket (maybe you can only attend one day now instead of the whole conference), let’s talk.

We are happy to process a full or partial refund if you notify us at least 5 days before the date of the session(s) you purchased access to. If it’s within 5 days of the session(s) you purchased access to, we will still consider a full or partial refund but cannot guarantee it.
