Synopsis: Planned Parenthood Keystone (PPKeystone) will share its experience in shifting to digital communications and content-driven fundraising in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Through trial and error, PPKeystone has successfully changed the way it engages its supporters and donors. Through Instagram Live videos, virtual leadership calls, an overhaul of digital monthly newsletters and more – learn how to reimagine the way you communicate.

The Development Department at Planned Parenthood Keystone (PPKeystone)
The Development Department at Planned Parenthood Keystone oversees all fundraising, communications, and marketing efforts for the organization. PPKeystone serves 37 counties in Pennsylvania, a sprawling reach with several different audiences. Samantha Bobila leads as Vice President and oversees four dynamic staff members. Bekah Eichelberger and Ryan Brinkerhoff serve as Philanthropy Officers responsible for major gift work. Stacy Shillinger is Associate Director and manages special events and grants. Jainelle Blenhyne-Gaillard is Development Manager and holds the team together through support work. Without a dedicated communications person, the team shifted its traditional model of communications to a team-based, collaborative approach.
