Mindfulness Activities.

Mindfulness, Music, and Movement.

Long days of sitting behind a screen, no matter how engaging, can be tough on our bodies. Let’s get up and move!

Throughout the conference, mindfulness student and practitioner Denina Bautti will offer two short embodiment opportunities using the power of awareness, music, and movement. Each session will be “lightly facilitated” and set to a playlist music focused on resilience to help release and renew the body, mind, and spirit. Participants are encouraged to come as they are and move as they wish.

Thursday, October 14, 8:00 – 8:20 am
Tuesday, October 19, 12:00 – 12:20 pm

No special clothes or equipment are needed, so come as you are ready for the conference. Everyone is welcome, regardless of physical ability or experience with mindfulness-based practices. You may choose to join on- or off-screen…however you feel most comfortable feeling the music and letting your body move!
