About the Conference.

Join PANO and conference partners Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR), the Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership (GPNP), and Villanova University IN PERSON this September for Landing the Plane (Without Wrecking It)!

That’s right, dust off your suitcase and your business cards – the year of the Reunion Special is finally here! We’re so excited to be taking this year’s event off-screen for the first time since 2019.

And don’t worry…if you can’t join us in the flesh for one reason or another, there will be a way for you to join in the fun and learning, too. 2023 Collaborative Conference Virtual Day will be the following week, on Wednesday, September 27!

Three Keynotes.

Kick off the 2023 conference with a keynote by Transformative Culture Consultant Monica O. Montgomery on September 19. The next day, September 20, we’ll be joined by a panel of nonprofit professionals who will help us think through how to bring ideas from Monica’s keynote to life in our own organizations. Finally, the fabulous Donna Murray-Brown is back by popular demand (after keynoting the 2022 Collaborative Conference) on September 27 for a virtual fireside chat-style keynote. Learn more here!

30 Workshops.

Each day of the conference will feature workshops in the following workshop tracks:

  • Caring for the Crew (HR)
  • Charting the Course (Strategy, Planning, Change Management)
  • Fueling the Flight (Fundraising & Other Resource Development)
  • Ground Control to Major Tom (Communications)
  • Piloting the Plane (Leadership)
  • Thinking Outside the (Black) Box (A Little Bit of Everything!)

Plus, a Virtual Day on September 27 will feature a virtual keynote and one workshop from each of the above-listed tracks.
